Who is CentreCRM for?
UK accounting practices, tax practitioners and bookkeepers, from sole practitioners to multi-partner firms.
Does it integrate with HMRC and Companies House?
Yes. CentreCRM connects to HMRC through your Agent Services Account and to Companies House for company data and filings.
How does CentreCRM use AI?
The CentreCRM Assistant, available as an add-on from launch, answers questions, monitors your practice and carries out tasks you approve. It only works with the data in your CentreCRM, follows each user's permissions, and your data is never used to train AI models.
Can I use CentreCRM with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, as an add-on from launch. CentreCRM provides an MCP server, the open standard AI tools use to connect to other software. Your firm's admin decides whether it's switched on, and each person can only reach the data and actions their CentreCRM permissions allow.
Will my data be locked in?
No. You can sync your data to your own Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox and export it at any time.
